Ongoing Donation-Based Series: Meditation Sits w/ Ellie Burke
Meditation is a state of being. We practice by sitting down, getting quiet and learning how to harness and direct our attention, waking us up to the full experience of the life again and again. As a result, we begin to actually be IN life, experiencing it fully. Seated practice allows us to learn about ourselves, about these wonderful and wild minds of ours, and about our humanness. Seated practice can provide us with the space to feel a deeper sense of wellbeing, vitality, and groundedness.
Cash donations are welcomed for our bi-weekly meditation sits. The practice will include 20 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes for guidance at the end of the sit.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to help you relax, with the intention of achieving a restful & rejuvenating experience. When in this state our clarity of mind is more profound than in our waking state. This practice will help enhance your creativity, memory, focus, and meditation practice.
Yoga Nidra is a practice that helps us to integrate all the lessons and experiences we have had so that we can find gratitude for where we’ve been and make informed decisions going forward.
