Essentially You: Yoga and Essential Oils

Does the holiday season rock your center of balance? Do you wish to be more present and less carried away? Looking to enter 2018 with vision and clarity?

Essential oils can strengthen our yoga practice and anchor us in ourselves, even after we leave the mat. In this 2-hour workshop, we will go deep into our practice, combining both single oils and blends specifically chosen to allow a graceful shift. 

This well rounded yoga class will be taught by Natasha Foreman of Lucid Living RVA. As essential oils are introduced and applied throughout the class in conjunction with poses, Lisa Cusano of Earth Essentials RVA will share the energetic and emotional properties that can assist in elevating our energetic frequencies.


Please wear comfortable clothing. This yoga practice is appropriate for all levels of students, including beginners. Natasha is a very alignment-aware yoga instructor and will offer modifications throughout the practice.
